打印机提示有一页卡纸

Dear Customer:

We are sorry to inform you that there is a paper jam in your printer. Please follow the steps below to fix it:

1. Turn off your printer, unplug it from the power outlet and wait at least 10 seconds.

2. Open the front cover of your printer, remove the jammed paper and any other paper inside the printer.

3. Check if there are any foreign objects blocking the paper path and remove them, if any.

4. Replace the jammed paper with a new piece of paper (at least 700 words).

5. Plug your printer back into the power outlet and turn it on.

6. Try to print your document and check if the paper jam is resolved.
